All orders are shipped Monday through Friday within 24-72 hours of receipt (unless otherwise noted or communicated) during regular business hours. All orders over $350+ ship free of charge within Canada and the United States. 

All orders are shipped with tracking via Canada Post and should arrive within 5-10 business days. International orders may take longer and may also incur local duties/taxes. Once Canada Post has the shipment, Meadow is not responsible for a delay or damage to the package. 

Our shipping rates are:

$15-$20 shipping within Canada

$25 shipping to USA

Free shipping within Canada and the USA on orders over $350

$55 shipping to Australia (please note that the actual shipping costs for our business are between $60-$80 per package)

Please note that due COVID, worldwide shipping delays may occur. 



All items must be returned in unworn, perfect condition with tags attached. Please note that all returns are issued to a store credit. Important details can be found below.

All returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your item. No exceptions. To initiate a return please email with the subject line "RETURN". We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number as well as return instructions. The RMA must be marked on the exterior of your package. All return shipping is at the buyer's expense.

International returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Upon receipt of goods a store credit will be issued for the amount. We are a small business and cannot offer cash-back. All shipping costs are non-refundable. We have limited stock and at this time cannot offer an exchange program. If there's something you need in a smaller or larger size, we encourage you to purchase it right away.


We monitor all excessive returns and return abuse is against our store policies. 

We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the above criteria and your items will be sent back to you.



Items purchased with a code valued at 30% off or greater is a FINAL SALE.

Already discounted items that then have an additional discount code applied to them are a FINAL SALE.

Bathing suit returns are only accepted if the hygienic liner is intact and all tags are attached.

Jewelry, bodysuits, undergarments and body care are a FINAL SALE.
